- Registrar (Equivalent to BS-19)
- Program Manager (Equivalent to BS-18)
- Deputy Registrar (Equivalent to BS-18)
- Office Assistant (Equivalent to BS-15)
- LDC (Equivalent to BS-09)
Eligibility Requirements:
- B. Tech (Hons)/BS/BSc Engineering Technology/BSc Engineering/BE/Masters’ degree (At least 2nd Division recognized by HEC) with 12 years’ post-degree administrative/teaching experience at the university level in BS-17 or higher equivalent grades in public or private organizations of good repute.
- B. Tech (Hons)/BS/BSc Engineering Technology/BSc Engineering/BEMBA degree (At least 2nd Division recognized by HEC) with five years’ post-degree experience in public or private organizations of good repute. Preference for those with at least two years’ experience in accreditation of Undergraduate level programs.
- MCS/BSIT/BCS (4 years)/ BSc Computer Engineering Technology or equivalent degree (At least 2nd Division recognized by HEC) with five years experience in IT applications in public or private organizations of good repute. Preference for those with at least one year of online registration experience.
- Graduate degree (At least 2nd Division from HEC recognized institution) with proficiency in MS Office. Three years of working experience in clerical jobs in public or private organizations of good repute. Preference given to those with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Matriculate (At least 2nd Division) with computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office.
Age Limits:
Registrar/Program Manager/Deputy Registrar: 35-50 years
Office Assistant: 30-45 years
LDC: 30-45 years
Others: 18-30 years
