Join the civilian staff of the Police Job 2023 in all districts of Punjab as a Senior Station Assistant (SSA) with an equivalent grade 9 scale and Police Station Assistant (PSA) with an equivalent grade 7 scale, along with government-approved allowances for vacant positions (temporary, which may be made permanent later). Senior Station Assistant (SSA) Criteria:
Age:
18 to 25 years (Male/Female/Transgender), with the usual age relaxation according to the Punjab government policy.
Residence:
Residency in the relevant district is required, holding a domicile (domestic), and possession of an identity card is mandatory.
Education and Experience:
Intermediate in Computer Sciences (ICS) from a recognized board and three years of experience in the relevant field.

Education and Experience:
Intermediate in Computer Sciences (ICS) from a recognized board and a computer certificate (MS Office) from a recognized institution, with a typing speed of English WPM 35 and Urdu WPM 25.

Instructions for Applicants:
- Applicants can download the application form from the official Punjab Police website www.punjabpolice.gov.pk.
- Completed forms with verified documents can be submitted at the District Police Lines.
- An entry test fee of PKR 2000 must be deposited along with the application.
- Applications will be accepted until 28.10.2023 after the publication of the advertisement.
Additional Information:
- All documents of candidates will be verified, and successful candidates’ lists will be uploaded on the District Police Lines and Punjab Police website.
- Quotas of 15% for women, 5% for minority candidates, and 3% for disabled individuals are reserved.
- Candidates from District Mianwali, Talagang, Kot Addu, and Vehari can apply from their previous districts’ Police Lines (Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Muzaffargarh, and Gojra) and must provide an NOC for government and semi-government employees.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will undergo a written test, followed by a skills test (typing test).
Those who pass will be invited for interviews in a 3:1 ratio.
Information about skill tests and interviews will be posted on the relevant police lines.
Important Note:
- Applicants are required to provide an affidavit (stamped paper) stating that they are not nominated/involved/wanted in any FIR or criminal case.
- False affidavits will lead to disqualification, and legal action will be taken.
Final Selection:
- Successful candidates will undergo a medical examination at a provincial-authorized hospital.
- Failure in the medical examination will result in disqualification.
