Joining the esteemed armed forces of Pakistan and serving the nation is a sacred duty. The Pakistan Army is inviting applications for the recruitment of soldiers.
Interested candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:
- Male citizens of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir/Gilgit-Baltistan.
- Married/unmarried men from urban areas with a minimum metric or equivalent education.
- Age between 17 to 23 years by April 12, 2023.
- Graduates or higher education will be preferred.
- One-year age relaxation for candidates exceeding the upper age limit, two years for the children of martyrs, those injured during wars, and individuals holding a driving license.
- For intermediate or higher qualifications (preferably with a computer diploma), candidates up to the age of 24 are eligible.
- Special concessions are available for retired and serving military personnel’s children, including those with primary education, and up to 35 for civilian candidates.
MINIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS:
- General candidates: 5 feet 6 inches (167.5 cm)
- Candidates from minority groups: 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm)
- Military Police: 5 feet 8 inches (173 cm), preferably 6 feet (182.5 cm)
- Civilian candidates: 5 feet 3 inches (160 cm)
- Special concessions are available for the families of martyrs and those injured during wars, particularly for candidates from Balochistan, northern regions, and tribal areas.
Candidates can register from February 6, 2023, to March 12, 2023, either online at www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk or by visiting the nearest Army Selection and Recruitment Office or Regimental Center. Online results will be available after June 2023 on www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk.
